SSD boot timing

Hi guys, i have an SSD (Corsair GS Series 128GB) and i was wondering why my pc boots in 21secs and my friends pcs boots at 20secs with only HDD! Should i do something at bios? Some friends who have SSD they boot in 5-9 secs :/

My Specs are: I5 3570 , GA-B75-D3V, 8GB Ram @1600MHz, MSI R9 270, Corsair CX500M.

Nobody is booting in 5-9 seconds. You don't start counting when you see the windows logo.... Your friend is not booting into windows in 20 seconds with a HDD.....
AHCI mode should be enabled for SATA control in the BIOS for your SSD.

Boot times with SSDs are dependent on what MB you have, what OS you have, if you have UEFI running and what SSD you are using.
