Samsung shows up as one of the most failure resistant components.
Perhaps because samsung(and Intel) make their own controllers and nand chips and control quality better.

Crucial has some fantastic drives. The MX500 is one of my all time favorites! Now I use their P5 NVME drives, love them too.
