standard SATA power and data connectors, like for a SATA hard drive. you can assume it only uses 5W to 10W of power at most.

Standard SATA cables. Power from the PSU, data cable to the motherboard.
Watts? Maybe 2-4 under full load. Idle, maybe 0.5.
