[SOLVED] SSD causing lag (may be something else)

So I installed the Samsung 860 EVO onto my ROG gr8 (NOT GR8 II) as soon as it finished copying data from my HDD every game started having MASSIVE PING SPIKES but before this my parents did install a new modem in which I never experienced ANY of these ping spikes it was IMMEDIATELY AFTER the ssd installed and I booted up League of legends every game I get sudden spikes of ping upwards of 400 and occasionally 4000 can someone explain this?

All of it windows10, and my games + discord and razer synapse I don't install much considering my PC is so bad and can't run many programs at the same time (only google and league if I am playin games)

How did you move your WIndows 10? Did you migrate it with a program? A clean install of Windows 10 would be the best on that SSD.

How did you move your WIndows 10? With a migrating program?

Depending on how you moved it, you might need some internal optimizations as HDD store stuff WAY DIFFERENTLY THAN SSD.
Second thing is HOW MUCH FREE SPACE you left on your device.
most ssd slow down from nominal to very low values if you fill it up.
(macbook one goes from 1300 MB/s up to 50 MB/s because it can)
