[SOLVED] ssd check dram program ?

Is there such a program that can scan your SSD and tell you if its Dram or Dram-less and also the controller make and model?

Samsung Magician
Intel SSD Toolbox
OCZ SSD Utility
Crucial Storage Executive
Kingston SSD Manager

SSD Life, SSDReady and Tweak-SSD should work with anything.

CrystalDiskMark and CrystalDiskInfo are two probably used the most.

Ya but I just check my Samsung and SanDisk an neither says anything about if it has Dram or what controller it has unless I just cant see it? Now I will take a look at the other software you mention and update this.
Update Nope: CrystalDiskInfo did not show anything other than the SMART and a few more.
