I'm ready to buy a nvme ssd and found this one which is rather cheap, do you guys think it would be fine ?
Is there anything wrong with this ssd compared to a samsung evo 970 for example ?

Here is a review on Tom's for this particular unit. It compares it against the 970 as well.

Not really a noticeable difference in actual application. But depending on your usage, you also won't notice a difference between an NVME and SATA SSD.
The Samsung is arguably higher quality and will have a better software package.
