SSD cleaning problem

Hey, i have a SSD as i use for boot disk(C Drive) and i cleaned up 10 GB of space, then restarted the PC and got an boot error message, i had to press the escape button to keep booting normal for some reason, and after that i now have 2GB space on my ssd. Can someone please help me?? This is an emergency. Thanks in advance


I have Windows 7 Pro SP1 installed, and was going to upgrade to Windows 10

What did you clean up exactly? How can you see that you have 2 Gb space left? Is the PC booting normally now?
