SSD Cloned, Partitioned in odd way

Hello!

Just finished cloning over my HDD into an SSD but the software (Acronis) split it up into two partitions. One that matched the size of my original HDD drive and a second one with the "leftover" space.

I wanted to go in to delete the second partition and extend the first as I don't really want to keep them separate (Unless you tell me otherwise). The problem is that second partition is listed as a "Recovery Partition" and it won't let me delete it, format it or modify it anyway.

How can I resolve this?

PS. I still have my original HDD intact (but un-plugged) should I need to wipe and re-clone.

Thanks.

Solution
you can try this way:
1-Start
2-CMD
3-type diskpart
4-type list disk
5-select the SSD - select disk #
6-list partition
7-select the partition you want - select partition #
8-delete partition
You can boot your pc from linux live usb and use one of paritioning tools (ex. gparted) to apply the changes that you want. Just be careful not to wipe incorrect device as the names of partitions in linux may be confusing if you are not familiar with the system (unplug sata cables of all other disks to be safe).

Had to use the command "delete partition override" but it worked. Deleted it and now I extended the other.

Thanks!
