SSD Cloning question

OK so I have 2 SSDs they are identical just for clarity they are both Samsung EVO 840 250gb. The first one I set up with two partitions, one for OS and one for games. Now my OS partition is getting a bit low on space so I want to CLONE the OS partition to the new 840 EVO that has the full 250gb of space.

1) is this possible
2) I believe I need to also clone the Reserve Drive (100MB) yes/no?
3) what software can do this if this is possible.

Dont have to do that - just use Easeus Partition Master Free to make the C: bigger. Takes a minute to move the slider to new size, apply, and on reboot it'll take effect.

Well Samsung has a Migration tool that only works for Cloning with a destination a Samsung drive. The source doesn't have to be Samsung.
