My motherboard: Asus Prime A320M-K
SSD: KINGSTON 1TB A2000 M.2 PCIe M.2 2280 SA2000M8/1000G

Are the two parts compatible?

Or where can I see if one part is compatible with another?

So the answer is yes?

Generally any modern motherboard supports these so answer is always Yes*. The * is because you need to check the actual motherboard for where the port is, how many ports there are and so on. In this case the description Lafong linked would make you believe there's 2, but in reality there's just one M.2 socket, that supports variety of different devices/speeds.

So answer is yes, but remember you can only buy one M.2 device on this motherboard.

M.2 is always compatible with M.2 sockets, the numbers behind is generally the length/width. Some devices are 2280 like yours, others can be 2242, but they both fit in the same socket as 22 is the width.
