[SOLVED] SSD Completely Locked

Hi guys. I have a problem with my SSD. One of my friends gave it to me few days ago and the SSD seems fine. Works, I can read it but cant do anything else. Cant format or delete any files, cant delete partitions, cant wipe or format from cmd, no programs help. After applying any kind of settings all programs say it was succesful but just stays the same. Also cant do a fresh win install. Every cheking says its fine, except for some which say it is unavailable because another program is currently using it. Btw, this SSD came from a laptop. He has also changed a few of them from that same laptop because of the same problem. I really want to use it but I am helpless. Allready tried ton of other suggestions and advices but nothing seems to work.

What SSD is it exactly?

Also are you using it a boot drive?

Try to check if there are any files or documents left via disk-managment, and delete them manually or format the disk.

No. I want to use it as storage for games and random stuff. It was used as boot drive, but cant even boot win installed on it. Its an Intenso brand, Silicon Power I believe. Dont know exact model.

Tried a few times already with different programs, with AOMEI also and its not working. After any kind of change few seconds later everything reverts to original state.

Can you state what the drive's storage-capacity is? And maybe give a serial number?

SSD is in read-only mode. This can be done as a precautionary measure, that is to protect data on a failing drive, but can also happen if the drive is write-protected due to security among other things.
