my 120 gb ssd is connected to my computer with windows 10 pro installed it is showing in bios but during boot a screen comes with please insert a proper boot device and press a key. Is my ssd corrupted or windows deleted ?

Makes me wonder if he just switched from IDE to ACHI or the other way around. That's why I asked if he made any BIOS changes.
Can you list full hardware specs of your pc? Or is it a laptop? Or what?

thank you very very much i updated mobo bios and turn boot to uefi and now its booting thank youIf he converts it he probably lost the data.
Their some programs that say you can use it to convert without data loss but I think even they suggest backing up your data first.
