I have ROG Zephyrus G laptop and it had 512 GB ssd so I thought to expand my storage and I bought Crucial 500 GB n.vme SSD and installed it . After 5 my PC crashed and it got stuck on the boot screen and after I took out SSD my PC booted again and it run like normal So could you know the reason behind it?
P.S my n.vme slot is PCIE 3.2 and SSD I bought is PCIE 3.4

I'm confused. You want to have TWO drives in the same laptop, or you want to take one out and have the other carry the OS.

If you want to keep the original SSD in there for the operating system and just add a storage NVMe, I would suggest hooking up the NVMe through an external storage wire and letting the original SSD format it.

Once the format is done the original will "dominate" and when you boot the laptop will not consider the second drive as a boot source. The OS should stay in whatever slot it currently is in.

I looked up the laptop but there are too many configurations for me to have a clear idea what is going on.
