Just wanted to share my experience..

SSD: Lenovo OEM Intel SSDPEKKF256G7L (Intel+Micron 32 layer TLC) 96% life left (8.4 Tb written)
Last powered on: 6/29/2019
Powered on: 12/29/2022 (3.5 years powered off)
Stored in room temperature all the time.
And... There were 4 read errors out of ~600 files when I copied the Desktop and Documents folder. Mostly small document files. The oldest file was created on 12/19/2017. I consider this a very good performance. I would not worry about 1 year retention with TLC drives.

It would be great if people can share casual observations like this on data retention performance of any flash memory / SSD products.

120GB SanDisk Ultra
SATA II
Purchased July 2012
24/7 operation until retired Oct 3, 2020 (2.2 years powered off)
Was the OS drive, then the OS drive for the house server.
7.8TBW
68,395 running hours (7.8 years)
216,836 files, 30GB

CrystalDiskInfo says 99% life

Copy process stopped at 99+%. Unknown if it is an actual read error, or due to this being the old OS drive.
