Question SSD detected in BIOS and Device Manager, but not showing in Disk Management

I’ve just built a new pc, where I moved over an NVMe M.2 SSD from my old computer.
The SSD has always worked fine, but in my new pc I’m unable to create a partition and therefore can’t use it.

The SSD shows up in the BIOS, in Device Manager, and in Diskpart.
I’ve attached screenshots from all the places where the drive appears, except for the BIOS.

I’ve searched online for possible fixes, but I’m unsure whether they are correct or still working today.
I’ve attached screenshots of the fixes I found, but I haven’t tried any of them yet since I’m not sure if they will work without creating new issues.

I hope the SSD isn’t faulty, as it’s visible everywhere except in Disk Management.
Should I try one of the suggested fixes, or is there another solution I should attempt?

I’m running Windows 11, and my current storage setup is:

• Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB (boot drive)
• Seagate 1 TB (general storage)
• Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500 GB (the drive that doesn’t show in Disk Management)

What does Samsung Magician say about the drive in question, in terms of status?

The SSD shows up in the BIOS, in Device Manager, and in Diskpart.
I hope the SSD isn’t faulty, as it’s visible everywhere except in Disk Management.

If diskpart is showing the drive, then Disk Management is showing it also.

You probably just have to scroll down Disk Management window, to see all drives.
Currently 500GB drive is all unallocated.
You have to create a partition, format it and assign drive letter before it becomes usable.

If it appears in diskpart, why are you unable to make a partition on it? What happens when you try to make the partition with diskpart and what command are you using? Reminder you need to open cmd as administrator for diskpart to operate properly.
