240gb ssd ( I have windows installed on here)
1 terabyte hard drive
Z370 gaming 7 gigabyte motherboard

whenever I plug in my WiFi card into the 3 Pcl-e slot my ssd disappears and I’m stuck in the bios. I also get a code on my motherboard that say A6. I can see my hard drive but I can’t see the ssd.

From the spec page -- https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/Z370-AORUS-Gaming-7-rev-10/sp#sp
"The PCIEX1_3 slot shares bandwidth with the SATA3 1 connector. The SATA3 1 connector becomes unavailable when the PCIEX1_3 is populated. "

You need to move your SSD to a different SATA port.
