Question SSD disk space not free up

I deleted the sim4, it is about 13GB, but disk space not free up. I checked SSD and found the further issue. There are about 280000 files on this SSD and the size is 45GB. But on properties page of this SSD drive, used space is about 110GB. Why? How can I reclaim disk space after deleting. The OS is Win10. Thank you.

Just how did you delete that game ?? Didn't you uninstall it properly ?
Did you run Disk Cleanup > Clean up system files ? What does it look like in Disk management ?

Yes I ran system files cleanup, the used space decreased a little. I uninstalled the game in PROGRAMS AND FEATURES.It.takes a short while. Looks like there is problem somewhere.Tls.
