Without any more information to go on, all I can tell you is to unplug the SSD, throw it in the freezer, let it set for awhile, and hope for the best. Good luck!

Okay, that is a little vague, can you list your system specs and tell us the brand & model of the SSD and how you have it attached and what is its function in your build (e.g. boot drive, cashing...).
