SSD drive with intel H310 Chipset?

Hello.

I have this Motherboard on my PC: H310M H 2.0

And i was looking to get this SSD: Kingston UV500 240GB SATA III

My question is, Will it work on my mobo without losing any performance?
I have been told that there is no support for nvme drives on H310 chipset is that true?

A standard 2.5 SATA SSD like a Samsung 860 EVO or Crucial MX500 would be a good choice.

If you get the 2.5" version, it will work just like any other HDD. Same interface.

i am getting the 2.5" version i think, i was gonna buy it from this website:

on the bottom of the page it says 2.5"

"same interface" means the same SATA data and power connections as a typical HDD.
It will run at SSD speed.

Although, I personally would not buy that one, in favor of other, better drives.
The Crucial MX500 as listed above, for instance.

The MX500 is 59.65$ more in my country, is there a big difference between the two?
I'm glad to know that at least the kingston 2.5" version will work but should i wait a little and save for the MX500?

Yes , the Crucial SSD's are some of the best on the market , very reliable. It's worth the extra $$$.
