ssd driver damage

i accidentally formatted my samsung slate pc's ssd drive now a message that says " windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk has an MBR partition table. on EFI systems, windows can only be installed to GPT disks." when i try to install the os.

when the install process asks where to install too, hit the link for the advnaved options and delete the existing partitions.

tried it but still the same message, windows cannot be installed to this disk. does SSD drives need a driver?
