SSD equivalent to: HGST Travelstar Z7K500 320

Hi, I need to replace an existing Hard Drive by a SSD hard drive.

I currently got the following HD: HGST Travelstar Z7K500 320 GB Internal HDD - 2.5" - HTS725032A7E630 - 7,200 rpm

I was asked to replace it with an equivalent SSD.
By equivalent I refer to connections or a SSD + Adaptors.
I really need recommendations for a similar size and similar connections SSD.
