SSD extremely slow after 1 year

Everything was fine with my pc until a few days ago when my applications on my ssd were loading very slowly. I tried restarting it and the startup took 5 minutes +. I have an ADATA Ultimate SU800. Any suggestions?

Is your SSD greater than 90% full ? That will slow it down significantly.
