SSD failure soon?

ok first things first, this drive isnt my primary or anything its a cache drive sandisk put out, 32GB, I noticed over the last few weeks its been on and off but cant start the pc as it just sits in the bios for ever till you pull the power.. well I checked crystal disk info and it says this

Looks like some of the SMART data is cut off at the bot to as you would have to scroll down. However, overall health is good so the drive should be fine.
