SSD for Latitude d820 that's compatible?

Hello all I have a 32GB drive in my laptop and I'm looking to upgrade to something larger with SSD. Any recommendations? I'm not sure what kind of drive I need to choose.

the d820 isnt picky about drives. so pretty much anything on that page will work.

I have a d820, and buyed a Vertex 2 80GB SSD for it.

Unfortunatelly sometimes it won't be regognized from the BIOS (1 of 5 times when i turn on the laptop)
Generally it takes 60 seconds in BIOS POST since I installed the SSD :-(

However - it works (And I was able to install Windows 7 on it) and when BIOS regognize the HDD it works fast, but remember d820 DON'T SUPPORT AHCI!
