So I built this computer, and I decided to go with a 128gb SSD for my operating system with two other hybrid hard drives that are both 500gb(had them laying around). Anyways, every time I check how much space i have left on my SSD, it keeps getting smaller every time. I had like 2 programs installed on it and I deleted them, but it isn't helping. I have my installs configured to go to my other hard drives, but I don't know what would be installing on my SSD. If someone could help me it would be great!

Thanks

Running CCleaner properly would not cause such an error/outcome. Did you clean just the regular Cleaner or did you clean the Registry as well?

BTW, running just the Cleaner app in CCleaner would clear all Temp files. No manual intervention would be necessary (addressing the folder recommendation above).

Dude that just wiped my hard drive.. CCleaner is bulls***. It told me it was going to uninstall 2 programs that were old files from Internet explorer, and it deleted steam and all 88 games I had installed. You've got to be kidding me..

Btw, how would i go about making sure Geforce experience isn't eating up space?

The issue is likely coincidental with installing Geforce Experience. Have you optimized your SSD config? For example, writing multiple Restore Points will take up lots of space, as will large temp files folders and virtual memory use.

Also, have you scanned your rig for malware and viruses as well. Those can eat up storage space far faster than you would think, dependent on the infection.

I don't know how to Optimize my SSD config, is there a tutorial anywhere? Also, could I move my temp files to my HDD? Or would that cause problems
