SSD freezing for 60-80 seconds

Computer freezes and stops all proceses (even internet one) usually when using chrome, but can happen any time.
The task manager says it's using the SSD 100% but it doesnt read or write anything, have had this problem for so many months.
Then about 3 weeks ago motherboard stopped booting SSD, tried to check the boot order and it was fine, it doesnt boot automatically, I need to do it manually from boot options (F12).

Now i'm using my computer without the SSD, i'm using a hard drive from my laptop and feels extra slow compared to other HHD computers that i've used. Maybe a motherboard issue.

I've tryed:
- Installing windows again in SSD
- Switching SATA cables and SATA boot port from 0 to 1
- Cleaning everything
- Running antivirus

Here are my specs:

- SSD: ADATA premiere SP600
- AMD FX 8320
- 8GB Gskill Ares
- GTX 760
- PS: Cooler master 725W

Yes I checked with the Cristal tool and says it's healthy

It doesn't boot automatically says it's not connected or not detected and it sends me to BIOS, where I have to select it manually and then it boots

So, BIOS does see it ? Is BIOS in Legacy or UEFI mode ? Windows ?

Yes BIOS detects it, it is UEFI and it's windows 10

Than as default BOOT drive you should set "Windows UEFI boot" or whatever is called in that BIOS.
