SSD from old to new

I am buying a new ssd and i was going to put it in my build i have now and just wanted to know if i could swap that and put it in my new build once i get everything in a month and i am getting a new OS because im still going to be using this one for class work

Best SSD you can get now is a 850 EVO by Samsung. The compatibility is depending on the mobo you have. If you can list it or the make / model of the computer I will be able to tell if it can work.

Yes it will work fine. Normally people put the OS on the SSD because it is what needs the boost along with games.

Thanks helped a lot i plan on putting the new OS on it when i get the rest of the build
