SSD full of intel_trim_file_nn

I set up an optimisation schedule on my intel ssd 530 240GB and today I found it full, and I mean FULL, with 60 of these files all 3gb each. I deleted them all and PC has slowed down to snail's pace.
What should I do?

Is it 2.5", mSATA or M.2 version?

Have you got Windows trim enabled?

I had the same issue, dozens of trim files consuming all the space on my 730 Series SSD. I resolved it by running the SSD Optimizer utility in the latest toolkit (v3.3.0) and it cleaned them up.
