SSD Going Extremely Slow? Help/Advice?

Granted, I am using sata3, however it should still be going faster than this. What do you think the culprit is?

Hardware:
SanDisk x110 256GB (505/445MB/s read/write performance)
FX 6300
GA78LMT-USB3

That actually wasn't true. I found the culprit - the problem was the ssd was running in IDE instead of AHCI mode. Upon fixing it the slowest return was 4x the original write speed, and the highest almost 11x the speed I was getting before.

Oops, I meant to say sata 2. Even at 3gbps, an ssd should still perform faster than this, no?


I checked in the cmd and TRIM is already enabled. 🙁

Not really, they are A LITTLE low for SATA2, but that could just because the SSD controller is not coping with the SATA2 very well.
Let's just say the numbers are within the margin of error for SATA2.
