it's cheap SSD, why does it matter if it's not safe, you gonna put fan on it?
If its an HDD its very bad, but SSD as long as its not slowing down, should be fine...I would be worried if it was expensive ssd, but the cheap one's, are build to die in 2-3 years (some die even before the warranty runs out).

It appears that the temperature sensor is on the controller's die rather than in a separate temperature sensing IC. ISTM that your temp readings are normal for this model.
