ssd+hdd or sshd?

I am planning on building a workstation to run solidworks and autocad flawlessly, but also be able to game. I have already decided to run a workstation based graphics card and a gaming graphics card. So i guess my main question is, should i run SSD+ HDD with ISRT or just straight up SSHD?

Both, an SSD of enough size to run OS and programs and SSHD as data and scratch disk.
