Hi,
I have a 500gb HDD at the moment and need to upgrade, probably to a 2 tb. I have two options in mind:
Buy a SSHD Hyrbrid drive :http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2tb-seagate-desktop-sshd-35-7200rpm-64mb-cache-8ms-ncq-oem
or buy a SSD and pair it with a HDD.
I know the latter would be more expensive and so was wondering if
a) it would give me a speed boost, and if so by how much?
b) I use my PC a lot but am not an absolute speed freak, so should I splash out the extra money?
also if you think I should get the SSD HDD combo, could you please suggest a pair.
Thanks in advance,
