I have a feeling that my SSD drops its health way too fast

Apparently I had automatic defragmentation enabled, now I disabled it, but what can be wrong with it?

Solution
Whether the life is dropping fast, or not dropping at all....backup.

I've had an SSD go from perfect to absolutely dead in about 0.25 sec.
Really.

All storage devices die eventually. All of them. Sometimes, quite suddenly.
The only way to protect your data is a real backup routine.

8.8TB written in 1,315 power on hours. I'm not seeing any problems there.

Turn defrag back on and leave it alone. Windows knows not to do a full defrag on SSD's and only runs Trim.
I still have Windows 10 build 1809, which probably can not see a difference between SSD and HDD and defragments all the stuff
