Hi all, I have a Newtek model and I want to put a couple SSDs in it. The problem is that storage devices are stored in a hot tray the size of a normal hard drive. My question is this: Are there any adapters for SSDs to be able to fit into a hot tray designed for normal Hard drives?

Solution
it depends a bit on how the disks are attached to the trays but...
https://www.amazon.com/Notebook-Drive-Mounting-Bracket-Adapter/dp/B00AYJFXIQ
something like that would transfer 2.5" SSD to 3.5"

You could also use adapter like this too, which should make said 2.5" SSD pretty much identical to 3.5" HDD
https://www.amazon.com/WALI-2T3-Adapter-Converter-Compatible/dp/B017C3IE9Q/ref=sr_1_22?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1473087800&sr=1-22&keywords=3.5%22+ssd

alternately, you could buy 3.5" SSD's which are a lot more scarce.
