SSD hybrid showing in Windows

So, I had computer service declare my hard drive unfit. They scrapped the old one and gave me an identical SSD hybrid drive. With the Win 8.1 reinstall, the SSD "subdisk?" is showing as a separate device in my Admin Tools --> Disk Management. As I recall, this was NOT the case before, so I am wondering if this might indicate something is wrong. I'm an experienced computer guy here, I just never had a hybrid disk before. It is also partitioned into two unequal pieces(14.9GiB, 7.46 GiB), which I also thought was odd. I had believed that the hard drive itself took care of the caching here, and Windows should see only one device?

Was the harddrive they installed a Western Digital Black2? This is the only drive I know of that gives you access to the SSD portion.

Find the model# of the drive and post it, the partitions you are seeing may also be the diagnostic and restore partitions.
