Hey
I've got an intel 540s ssd 240gb, everything is nice and cool but the temperature on idle is 35-38 C ... Is that normal?

Solution
Hey there, @CRGamingHD!

I believe this is within the normal operating temperature for your SSD! I'd say that if it goes above 50-70 C, you should be concerned about it. Regardless, it's always recommended to have backups of your most important files stored in several other locations (storage drives/devices), as this is the surest way to avoid any potential data loss. I'd recommend you check the SSD product specifications on the manufacturer's official website and see for yourself what are the operating & non-operating!

Best of luck! :)
