An SSD will not improve your frame rates. It will improve game startup times and level loading times if those are important to you.

Internet browsing is limited by the internet connection and not the drive, so an SSD would be irrelevant.

I'm sorry my friend but the only way to improve fps is through a balance between cpu and gpu. SSD are great for fast loading the S.O. and software.
