Hi !
I have an old laptop HP Pavilion zv5374EA (zv5000 series)
Pentium 4, 3.2 GHz. The HDD is 80 GB and I have 2GB RAM.
I want to replace its HDD with an SSD. The connection is IDE (PATA).
Which SSD do you think I should buy for replacing HDD? can you suggest me a model?
Will SSD be compatible with that old laptop?
Will it work properly?
Thank you !

I did not know there was PATA SSD, sweet.

Now at 2G Ram you are looking to be running XP, and XP is not nice with SSD, people have done it, but be aware this is a hold-over solution until you retire that laptop for something more modern.
