SSD install game only

I want to install games only on my SSD. How do I go about that? There is no drive letter for it.

Hi.

As other drives (HDD or SSD), you need format the SSD before use it. You can follow the next steps.

1) Right click in my computer
2) Properties
3) Manage
4) Disk management
5) Your SSD should be there with a black color and without format, just do right click, select format and start.

MBR is not a type of format, MBR means Master Boot Record.

Just do right click and format. Write a name for the disk and be sure that File System says "NTFS", select OK and wait to finish.

What OS are you using right now? I mean, at this moment you are writing in this forum using Windows 7?, Ubuntu?, Suse?

meant to type NTFS. It gave me a choice earlier between MBR and GUID. Not sure of the difference.

Using netbook for the forum, it has XP on it. Gaming computer has windows 7 64-bit.

gpt is used for drives above 2.2tb

there's no point in using it on smaller drives

Ok, game is working and frame rate is slightly better. Now I will install all the mods and the old ini file to see what happens.
