I have a Msi 970a-g46 motherboard and have recently purchased a Samsung ssd evo 250 gb. I have and existing wd blue 1tb hdd. My question is that it appears there is not enough Sata ports on the motherboard to power both drives. Sata 1 is running to hdd Sata 2 is running to cd- rom and Sata 3 runs to an external sata and it's hard wired. How do I do an internal install of this ssd and where? Is the motherboard not capable of this? Thanks much for any incite!

Maybe I just missed finding others. I tracked what I thought was the Sata cord from the hdd back to the motherboard and right in that spot the board only had those three. Obviously I'm just confused. This was my first build ever and I built it 1 1/2 years ago and have forgot a lot. Got lucky enough that the only problem I've ever had was a corrupted stick of ram. I decided to make an upgrade to ssd, guess it doesn't take much to have me lost...
