Recently my SSD died, so I ordered a new one, with a fresh install of windows on it. When it finished downloading, I was not able to connect to the internet, even though it has been working perfectly for over a year.
I checked device manager, and under ‘Other devices’, all devices have a yellow warning symbol. Not sure if this is connected, but cannot update drivers automatically due to having no internet.
I use a bluetooth adapter since my motherboard does not come with it, and when I troubleshoot with that plugged in, there are no errors found, but when I unplug it and scan, I am told there is no network adapter installed.
