SSD installation

Hello everyone,
I got a SSD 120GB OCZ 3 & 2T HDD WD. Can I connect the SSD first and then set up Window OS OR I should connect the 2 (SSD + HDD) at the same time to the motherboard first before installing Window?

when i set mine up i just did the ssd then added hdd after windows install,I read to do it this way so windows doesnt put backup files on your hhd

Set up Windows on the SSD and install all drivers etc... Basically get the system completely running, and then add the hard drive. Here is a good procedure to setup the hard drive afterwards. http://www.pcworld.com/article/237496/the_best_of_both_worlds_an_ssd_and_a_hdd.html
