SSD is being picked up but not HDD

So i just finish building y computer, put it together and loaded the OS onto it, got it all working, then checked and my 1TB HDD isnt being picked up :S its plugged in, got power as its on the same wire as the ssd, but i dont know

Go to Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management, it should show up in there, you will have to right click on it and initialize it and it will prompt you to assign a drive letter.
