SSD is not showing up in BIOS

Okay so, i have updated the windows 10 during the install of the windows my PC shut down ( electricity went out ) and when i switched on the PC SSD was not recognized anymore, even it's not showing up in BIOS when i connect to sata slot , my HDD drive works fine , SSD is just not shwoing up , tried to clear CMOS on my M/B z77a-g43 but still nothing what can be the problem ? can anyone help me ?

Bad cable? Bad sata port? Fried SSD?

Tried with the another sata cable still nothing with another sata port still nothing , SSD was 1 month old and it had 99% health
