SSD Is running slow after being full

I accidentally filled my SSD to 11% free space (knowing that i should not do that ever), but i found it out later. After a computer restart my windows is running slow, but programs still open up fast and still boots fast. Is there any way to bring the drive back to life after cleaning it?
P.S. Loading forever on 'this computer' and hard drive properties don't open, everything else is ok.

if it's a high percentage, i don't really know what to do exept testing a clean install

Turns out a clean installation of Windows was requierd and everything now works perfectly fine again. The issue was an ICRC error which is an error when the communication between the disk and the OS has failed, so a reinstall definately helped. Thanks!
