Question SSD keeps disappearing, is it dying ?

A M.2 SATA III SSD I've had for less than 2 years has been acting up lately by ejecting itself randomly without leaving a trace. Only when I restart my PC the SSD reappears, just for it to disappear within minutes again.

At first I thought the problem was heat, so I checked the temps for the first time and everything was normal (30-32 degrees) but it ejected itself anyways, when writing on the SSD it would get ridiculously hot, even going over the 70's but that didn't make it eject itself per se, it's ejected itself when writing on it, when reading of it and even when it wasn't being used at all.

When rebooting the PC it is always there but once it's gone it doesn't appear anywhere, not in cmd, not in diskmgmt and not in the devicemanager, it's not the Motherboard slot, because I even bought a friggin pcie adapter and it still keeps disappearing.

I just wanna know I should enact my refund or if the problem is solvable.

G'day
