Question SSD Keeps recovering Data when I am Reformating it . Any ideas ?

Hello People as my post suggest I got an intel ssd at work to format to reinstall windows but I have been checking on multiple formatting and hard drive managing software and the ssd keeps simply recovering the data back as soon as I reconnect it.

Tried the following
Aomei partition assistant
Western digital diagnosticer
windows format via file explorer
Windows format via windows 10 installation

Need some details about the setup, post is a bit confusing as to what you are doing with this SSD. Are you using this SSD as the main drive in the system and trying to install Windows to it? Not sure what you also mean about reconnecting the drive. What exactly are the steps you are doing, on what drive and how is everything connected and to what?
