Hi, I would like to build a new pc (my current pc is about 7 years old, windows 7), I'm afraid my processor intel e5200 is not compatible with windows 10. Besides, it has 2GB DDR2 800mhz and I just can't run programs like Android studio.
So, I'm thinking of buying these parts: (I will be dismounting my old pc to put these things in the case)
i3 6100
Gigabyte H110M-H DDR4
2x4GB HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2133Mhz
PSU: Seasonic S12ii 430W Bronze
HDD WD Blue 1TB
Case: I'll use my current case which is old but i can put one case fan 120 (corsair af120 is my option), it doesn't have 2.5" bay.
So to put an 2.5" SSD i need an accesory 2.5"x3.5" (I'm not sure the correct word for that). I saw this accesory in SSD HyperX Fury Savage 120GB KIT.
There are two models hyperx fury savage 120gb: kit and standalone.
However, Where I live there aren't any standalone model and kit model is more expensive.
Other model, Hyperx fury 120GB (no savage) is available. The accesory I need (2.5"x3.5") is available too. The thing is that, this sdd plus the accesory is much cheaper than kit savage model.
If I want a clean install, no need to clone windows 7, Do I need to buy savage kit? (sata cable comes with mobo, if I'm not wrong)
PD: Samsung EVO is not available here.
I have 2 HDD, one for OS and the other for data. so I was thinking about doing a clean install on SSD, then put old HDD (data) to mobo so I can copy my data to new WD HDD blue.
I Hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance.
