I am about to build a budget gaming/work computer,
But I heard the SSD has lower read write cycles and they don't last very long.
i will have a M.2 ssd 240gb ssd for windows, word and chrome and also a few games. But i read a thread here that games where 5 Gb worth of files are transfered, the ssd could become unusable.
Furthermore, everyone stores their games on a 1tb hdd as well.
So will there be any problems if i use my SSD for everything. including games, files, media...

That was true of small early consumer grade SSD's.

Wrong. Current drives have a warranty of 75 or 150 (or more) TBW.
Not GB.
And actual tested use has been demonstrated out to over a petabyte.

Many people, including myself, have only SSD's in their system.

People use a 1 or 2TB HDD for games, primarily due to the increased cost of an SSD. Not because they will "wear out".
But that price per GB difference is rapidly becoming smaller.

Samsung EVO 860 500GB have 300TBW lifespan (the bigger the SSD the more it has)

I own a LITEONIT LCS-256M6S 220GB which is old and way above Samsung EVO. I had used this SSD in 2 desktop PCs and currently is in my Laptop. Was gaming on it heavily, multiple windows reinstalls and games reinstalls. After 4-5 years I still only could reach 255TBW (Samsung Evo 860 250G says 150TBW lifespan) with heavy usage which is waaay beyond its "TBW" capacity. Still functioning properly.
