[SOLVED] SSD low MB/s read even after changing to AHCI

Hello gents, im new here and tbh i dont have a lot of knowledge about PCs.
So i recently changed my SSD from IDE to AHCI, and still gives me 250-280MB/s when it should give me +400 (according to Crucial), please help.

Some things to know:
Only SSD connected for now (removing the HDD didnt make a difference)
Motherboard pretty old: ASUS-M5A78L-M/USB3
SSD: Crucial 240gb Sata3 BX50
